The Brief

Provide a pop up bar that is aesthetically pleasing and design driven along with professional bar service.

The Event

Design Vancouver Festival is a citywide community-driven festival featuring open studios, walking tours, exhibitions, lectures, social networking events, and more, all hosted by Vancouver's thriving design community.

Designer Happy Hour An engaging open-air gathering of design professionals. Enjoy sips, bites, and an exclusive Plex Appeal architectural exhibition by Field Collective.

Because this was on a City Street, Tamp & Muddle Co. provided all supplies including ice, cups and napkins, and garbage and recycling in and out. We also custom designed the bar menu to fit with the Sponsor’s branding.

Diverse Properties host Realtors for a VIP Open House

The Brief

Provide non-alcoholic drink service for a Property Development VIP Realtor Open House. The space requires a portable bar and all supplies provided. Craft 2 mocktails that align with the brand’s colors of their residential project. Glassware is to be used for drinkware.

The Event

Our top priority for this event was making sure the zero-proof cocktails tasted good but still aligned with the perameters of 1 blue mocktail and 1 orange mocktail. We delivered and set up our Hampton Bar, glassware and all the ingredients to make delicious drinks. We used our bar trailer Ivy Pearl as our prep station and backbar.

“Mayfair”

Lemonade, Fresh Lemon Juice, Blue Curacao Syrup, Lemon Lime Soda, Garnished with a lemon wheel & cherry

The blue color in cocktails is made using Blue Curaçao liqueur. With this being a non-alcoholic event, we did some research and low and behold, you can also get Blue Curacao Syrup, zero alcohol.

We chose to go with a popular blue cocktail, “Blue Lagoon” just forgoing the vodka.

Blue Lagoon Cocktail History:

It’s believed that the Blue Lagoon was created by Andy MacElhone, the son of famed bartender Harry MacElhone, at Harry’s New York Bar in Paris in the 1960s or early 1970s. So, the drink predates the 1980 movie of the same name.

“McCallum”

Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Orange Bitters, Ginger Beer, Garnished with a fresh slice of orange.

Orange as a starter was a little easier for choice of zero-proof cocktails. Through our Research & Development process, we found this drink recipe to be a winner. The spice from Fever Tree Ginger Beer and adding the right amount of bitters made the finish of this mocktail refreshing but at the same time have some depth.

Botanica Tulip Festival

The Brief

Our client’s PR company came to us for an aesthetic cocktail service for their Tulip Festival Opening. They were to host local influencers to a fresh & floral afternoon with cocktails, bouquet making, and a catered spread.

The Event

With our aesthetically pleasing bar trailer, Ivy Pearl, we served Duchess Cocktails and Mocktails dressed to impress with fresh herb and floral garnishes in beautiful glassware. For this event, Farmhouse Brewing collaborated with Botanica to produce a Hibiscus Rosehip Black Currant Wheat Ale Beer.

Zero Proof Cocktails for Harry Rosen - Vancouver

The Brief

Serve complimentary mocktails and provide a branded bar that fit well with the store’s aesthetic.

The Event

Special Shopping Event with complimentary activations for customers. Included a DJ, custom engraving, embroidery and mocktails.

THE RESULT

We brought in the white Sky Bar, that we applied “Harry’s” Logo in black vinyl. The owners of Tamp & Muddle Co. got behind the bar with this event, and served Ole Chili Mango Margarita with a Tajin rim, Duchess Dry Lemon Drop with a sugar rim, and WildFolk Sparkling Negroni with an orange peel twist. For the kiddos, we had lemonade on hand. We were the busiest activation in the store, with customers happy to sip on their complimentary beverage.

CHFA Now! Vancouver Horizon Distributors

The Brief

Horizon Distributors came to us with an “out of the box” idea for their 3 day tradeshow event. They would be serving smoothies and mocktails that showcased their client’s fresh veggies & fruits. They requested the bar trailer with commercial blenders and servers.

The Event

At Tamp & Muddle Co., we believe in turning visions into realities. When our client approached us with their tradeshow vision, we knew exactly how to bring it to life. We provided our sleek bar trailer, equipped with commercial blenders, hand washing station, and manned by our team of professional staff. Logistically, it looked like a challenge to bring the bar trailer into the interior of Vancouver Convention Center, but we have the experience and expertise of pulling and parking a trailer in tight spaces. Together, we showcased a vibrant array of healthy smoothie and mocktail options, all made using the freshest organic ingredients. Our goal was to not just meet our client's expectations, but to exceed them, leaving a lasting impression on all who experienced the event.
