The host was the mother of the Bride-to-be. She did an amazing job at planning this event for her daughter.
The Brief
Provide aesthetically pleasing bar trailer, glassware, hydration station, bartenders, and bar menu guidance.
The Event
We curated glassware & beverage tubs and delivered along with Ivy Pearl, our mobile cocktail bar trailer. With our full service approach, this included regular communcation with the host, a liquor shopping list, picking up ingredients for 2 signature cocktails, ice, straws and napkins.
The Lead Bartender on this special event was Tanya, an independent contractor whom we have worked with on previous corporate events with highly rated feedback.
Parking the trailer was a bit of a challenge with West Van’s steep residential roads and driveways, but Jake pulled through yet again!
Aesthetics were of extreme importance, so ahead of time we also prepped cocktail creation with experimenting for the perfect pale pink paloma. We provided the host with a photo mockup of glassware set up to ensure the vision was perfect. We explained that we ensure everything seen from the guest’s point of view is aesthetically pleasing and we have 2 color options for linens that we decide on site which will fit the best.
